🅰️ All early access tickets are valid before 10.30pm & standard tickets are valid before 11pm. This means that the specific ticket you buy is valid before a certain time and the venue (not the organiser) will charge you a late fee for coming after the timing agreed. If your ticket is valid before 10.30pm we recommend to start queuing at 10pm. If your ticket is valid before 11pm we recommend to start queuing at 10.30pm. ❓ Can I bring friends who aren't going to my university? 🅰️ Sure! 1 Warwick Students can sign 2 guest from any University or any friends Just make sure they come with their dancing shoes & good vibes 🎉 ❓ Does my ticket need to be in my name? 🅰️ Yes if you are alone as we might ask for the ticket to match the name of your student ID or legally acceptable photo ID (e.g., passport or driving license). if one person has purchased for the group please make sure you all come with the person who has purchased the ticket. Make sure not to share the barcode with anyone when you've purchased your ticket. ❓ Can i resell my ticket? 🅰️ No you cannot resell your ticket, only purchase directly from this website to be safe! Your tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable – you cannot lend them to anyone else, and individual event tickets cannot be ‘sold’ or transferred over to other students. ⚠️ IMPORTANT INFORMATION ⚠️ All attendees need to present photo ID featuring proof-of-age to gain admittance – for Warwick students we accept student cards, but any sign guests will need to bring along legally acceptable photo ID (e.g., passport or driving license). Unfortunately, students under the age of 18 are NOT able to purchase a tickets or attend night-time club events Readmission is not allowed once you have left an event. Management's Right of Refusal of Admission: You are still subject to the venue event admission procedures and can be refused entry or ejected if you breach these. Behave yourself! Any disrespect or behaviour deemed as unsociable will result as refusal of Admission into the venue. Any influence of excessive alcohol or suspecting of drug use will result to a no admission as well.
